SHIPPING POLICY

At MyBrushForest, we work to make every order clear, trackable, and easy to understand. Depending on product availability and destination, your order may be shipped from either our U.S. warehouse or our China warehouse.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Origin

Your order may be fulfilled from one of the following locations:

U.S. Warehouse

Used when local inventory is available.

China Warehouse

Used when U.S. stock is unavailable or when the item is fulfilled directly from China.

The shipping origin may vary based on stock availability, delivery destination, and fulfillment requirements.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

From U.S. Warehouse: 2–4 business days

From China Warehouse: 5–8 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Duties & Taxes

For eligible DDP shipments, duties and import taxes are prepaid where applicable. In most cases, customers will not need to pay additional import-related charges at delivery.

If any additional charges are required due to local regulations, customs policies, or delivery restrictions, the carrier or local authority may contact you directly.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock location, packaging requirements, or carrier arrangements.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

MyBrushForest is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Return & Refund Policy

At MyBrushForest, we want families to shop with confidence. Please read the policy below for return, refund, and warranty information.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within 30 days after the order is delivered.

Unused Items

If the item is unused and returned within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a free return.

The product should be returned in its original condition, with all included accessories and packaging where possible.

Used Items

If the item has been used and you no longer want it within 30 days of delivery, the return may still be accepted.

In this case:

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned used items must be reviewed and approved before a refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

The product is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage.

The product is missing key parts, accessories, or packaging.
