MyBrushForest electric toothbrushes include a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery, under normal use and care.

What This Warranty Covers

If your product becomes defective during the warranty period due to manufacturing issues under normal use, we may offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:

  • Refund

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Accidental damage, drops, or impact
  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (including natural brush head wear over time)
  • Damage caused by using non-recommended charging methods or charging while wet

How to Request Warranty Support

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem (recommended for faster review)

Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps. If a replacement is approved, we will confirm the shipping details before sending it.
