30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Unused Items

If the item is unused and returned within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a free return.

Used Items

If the item has been used and you no longer want it within 30 days of delivery, the return may still be accepted. In this case, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will review the return and process any approved refund to the original payment method.

1-Year Warranty

All MyBrushForest products are covered by a 1-year warranty.

If your product becomes defective within 1 year under normal use, we may offer one of the following solutions:

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
