Orders & Shipping

Where does my order ship from?

Your order may ship from our U.S. warehouse or China warehouse, depending on stock availability.

How long does processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days for orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse and 5–8 business days for orders shipped from China.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do I need to pay duties or import taxes?

For eligible DDP shipments, duties and import taxes are prepaid where applicable. In most cases, there are no additional import charges due at delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order if it is unused?

Yes. If your item is unused and returned within 30 days of delivery, you may request a free return.

Can I return the product if I already used it but no longer want it?

Yes. If the product has been used and you no longer want it within 30 days of delivery, the return may still be accepted, but a 20% restocking fee will apply and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

After your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. MyBrushForest products come with a 1-year warranty.

What if my product is broken within 1 year?

If the product becomes defective within the 1-year warranty period under normal use, we may offer either a refund or a replacement, depending on the situation.
