Shipping Policy
At MyBrushForest, we ship orders from either our U.S. warehouse or China warehouse, depending on stock availability and destination.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Origin
- U.S. warehouse: used when local stock is available
- China warehouse: used when U.S. stock is unavailable or when the item is fulfilled directly from China
Estimated Delivery Time
- From U.S. warehouse: 2–4 business days
- From China warehouse: 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, local carrier operations, holidays, weather, customs, or other logistics factors.
Duties & Taxes
For eligible DDP shipments, duties and import taxes are prepaid where applicable. In most cases, customers will not need to pay additional import-related charges at delivery.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after dispatch.
Multiple Parcels
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on stock location or packaging requirements. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Delays
We do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occasionally happen due to carrier issues, customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, or other events beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. MyBrushForest is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
